Mark as Good but still wants to delete

When I mark a message as Good MW still leaves the check mark in delete. I have turned most auto delete options off. Is only doing this since I upgraded to MW Pro.
How do I stop this??

From memory you must also click on 'Delete' so as to ensure it is not deleted from your ISP server (it should also remove the check mark). Next time you receive an email from the same source it not be marked to be deleted. Hope that makes sense to you.
