Blueyonder / Virgin /Outlook problems

Hi, Appologies it this has been asked a thousand times - I have tried to use the search function for a solution but can't find what i'm looking for.

I'm running MW on a Widows 10 PC, I have it set up for my virgin emails which are on the original Blueyonder set up.

When I check the emails it brings all the headers off the server, I then click the ones I want to be deleted. When I select Wash, it seems to go through the motions but when it launches Outlook ( or I can use the Virgin emails link)...... the program launches but it brings all the emails thru even the ones I selected to be deleted.

I've been on days trying to solve it and nothing. I might as well not be using MW as it hasn't deleted anything yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
