Hi

I tried to update to version MW Pro 7.15.33 today, after a notification. I get the error "Some of the updates failed to install properly" (current version 7.15.20) When I restart it and check "About", it shows that I am still on version 7.15.20. When I run the install wizard again, I am offered three choices: "Modify", "Repair" and "Remove". These are as unsuccessful as my first effort. I have not tried to select "Remove" and reinstall Mailwasher Pro because I do not want to lose my settings.

Yes, could please try these steps.....

First, backup MWPro first, (directions below) and save the file somewhere safe (*you likely wont need it but just in case...).

Uninstall MWPro but click YES when asked if you want to keep your user data:

Download and install the latest version from here:

Here's how to backup your MWPro settings:

Open MWPro, click File>>Export,
Click Browse to choose where to save the backup file,
Type a name for it (anything you like)
Click Save,
Then Export.
To restore in future, (IF required) click File>>Import, locate the file you saved and click Import.
