SPAM email from my own email addy ?

I get quite a lot of SPAM emails so Mailwasher earns its keep . Earlier today I got a SPAM email purporting to be from my own email address. . Dont recall that happening before ?
It was in Spanish......... I can fathom some German and French but regret no Spanish except I recognised the word SOUZA as a surname. I couldnt mark it as SPAM ...... Could have just deleted it but was curious so did download it.
Its appears to be from 189.31.19.139

Hopefull this isnt a sign of SPAM to come ?

I know that ..... Its just maybe lucky me doesnt recall it happening before among the mire of Nigerian emails, ANZ/ St George bank confirm stuff and winning lotteries I've never heard of huge funds of money heading my way if I give my acc number etc etc. At least these are usually typed up in sometimes 'funny' English ........ But Spanish SPAM that I sent to myself is a bit beyond the pale and I cant list my own email address in Mailwasher as SPAM. Its a weird world
