I am using Mailwasher and today received lots (>20) messages with the subject line Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.
My Outlook Express Sent folder doesn't show that I have been sending any emails.
Is this just normai junk email or should I worry that some virus is using my pc to send out emails ?

Probably someone using your email address as return address. If you only receive a few just ignore and delete them. Spammers tend to trawl for email addresses or just batch send emails with random email addresses (usually false). As long as you delete them from Mailwasher they will tend to eventually disappear.

If you're into spam investigation, it can be useful to see which spams you're getting as "blowback" spam. It's pretty strong evidence the same mailer sent all of them.
