My email return and sent email Address spoofed.

Hello there!
Unfortunately, there are some bad news for you.
Some time ago your device was infected with my.... Blah blah blah
Email
It is marked ***SPAM*** from my server.
I can't report the email due to spam cop then tells my datacenter and I get an email my server will get taken offline.
So is it possible to find out the real sender or just delete the emails and forget it? I get 30 to 40 of them for the past week every day.
How do they put my emails in the to and from and reply?
