Lost my registration code.

Could someone help me with this. I've loved mail washer for years and that's all I use. I had the old version and had my mail washer without any problems and had to have my computer reformatted and now I don't have it and tried to get it back. My email has changed once I think since I I purchased it a few years back. Can someone tell me how to get my registration code back. I would appreciate it so much! Thanks for any replies. Snoopy
