Reporting error problem

Sat Nov 22, 2008 6:34 am

Hi,

I several times reported uncorectly classified e-mail by First Alert and even if we answer me that those messages have been removed from the system, the similar messages I receive are still classified as "known spam"...
Regards,

I can only assume someone keeps reporting the same messages as spam that you are getting.
If you add the sending address to your Friends List, they won't be checked against FirstAlert.

The Hot Key for adding a sender to the address list is the + key

Frankly, I don't think so as those messages are for the moment FireTrust forum responses only ...

Whoopsie...

Claude, You just gave me my Monday chuckle.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

The problem seems to be solved for now (I just submited few more examples to the FirstAlert department and Jeremy apparently found the solution)...
