FirstAlert! false positives

In the event that you receive an email incorrectly marked as Known Spam, please let us know.
FirstAlert! looks only at the subject and body of the email, not the sender's email address or any other header information.
So if you could please copy the subject line and copy of the message body into an email to me at firstalert @ firetrust.com (without the spaces) it would be appreciated.
