First Alert - NOT Impressed

Each month I receive my billing emails from my cable company Rogers Communications, a large and respectable organization.
This week I decided to try the free trial of First Alert
First day It intercepted and deleted the above emails.
This renders it absolutely useless to me

FA has way too many false hits to be of use to me in the current version of MailWasher but the next major version of MW is going to operate a bit differently making FA a viable tool. About all you can do for now is add them as friends or better make a filter to protect them.

You could send a copy of the e-mail to support at and let them know what is going on, they could then add it to the master FA whitelist and hopefully stop the false detection.
