In 2008 I had a lot of trouble with getting First alert to wok and spoke to jeremy on a long distance call from the UK and we had a really nice convesation at Chrsitmas time....................after finally getting it set up properly he said that due to all my problems he would give me a free subscription for a year in addition to the one I had just paid for.......well after the first year ende in Dec09 it seems it no longer want to work again and I cannot find my original password after all this time..........can you check my account please and issue whatever I need to make this excellent program work again.
