Recuring First Alert Error Message
For reasons unknown to me, I keep getting a "First Alert" error every time MWP accesses it. It states "Checking e-mail against spam database", "Invalid response, spam database might be offline" My FirstAlert subscription was renewed 10/10/2008 and I re-entered the user name and password to no avial. Any suggestions???

Re: Recuring First Alert Error Message
Not feeling the love here either. Every access of my mailbox yields an error message that I got an invalid response from the FirstAlert site.
I'm pretty sure I'm not expired, either. I should be good till June 2009
I think it may be related to MailWasher Pro 6.3 upgrade I did recently.

If you aren't having firewall issues from a rules update or your firewall not recognizing the new version of MW the server may be having issues, you might contact support at firetrust.com for an answer since you are paying for support. Before sending an e-mail this turn off your firewall and do a mail check to rule it out.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.
