Since installing the latest mail-washer yesterday, when I try to open my mail this morning all I am getting is hexadecimal code only nothing else. Is there a bug? do I have to uninstall it? how do I get to see what is in the emails??
Hope someone had an answer.

If you go to the spam tools section and disable FirstAlert and you still can't see your messages it is not a firstalert problem. You might want to check the MW 2010 forum and see if there are similar issues there or ask your question there.
