Due to a recent computer wipe-out I've lost all access to my FirstAlert! account details, which I purchased more then a month ago. All I have is the registration key of my MailWasher Pro product, but no account number, password or purchasing-information. What should I do?

Fire me a Private Message http://forum.firetrust.com/ucp.php?i=pm ... ompose&u=2 and let me know your email address we'll have you registered under and I can resend this to you. I tried your Hotmail address you used for this forum sign up, but that email address doesn't appear to be in our records
