Have a feeling I caused this problem but ... who knows. Installed MailWasher Pro 2010 earlier and everything is fine except ... it doesn't show up as a 'program' when I click START and "All Programs". This isn't a current problem since it does show up as an entry on my Quick Start bar. But if I ever lose that icon ... it sure would be nice to get to it via the All Programs list.

This doesn't sound like a FirstAlert problem, possibly posting it in the 2010 forum would get you an answer.
