Bounce Not Working(?)

I don't think the bounce function is working as I am not seeing any returned (bounced) email on tests. Any idea why?

Biuncing is not a FirstAlert question/issue/function so you aren't likely to get any answers by asking about it in the FA forum, better to ask in the MW 2010-2011 forum.
You might search for bounce there to see if someone else has a similar issue and got an answer already.
Might also want to grab the latest version from there and see if it fixed your problem.
