after upgrade to version 3003, I can not activate user.

After upgrade to version 3003, I can not activate user. The user activated in version mwes64-2814 is keeping in activated. But , If user is inactive, it keeps inactive. I can not activate it. Please help.

If you logout and then login again, what does the System Status say? (it's the scrolling text under the logo on the top right). Also in the license screen, what does the product ID say?

it says "server 3.0.0.3 (U64) System status Ok"

It is set to unlimited users for this license, did you press the 'Update License' button? That should fix it.
