Mail Washer Server not delivering emails to exchange

i have a problem with my mail washer server version not delivering emails to my exchange outlook folder, in M-washer says delivered but is not displaying in outlook any thoughts

Hi, if you go to MailWasher>>Settings>>Setup>>System Check, can you run the System Check. Does it pass everything?
Are you able to track that the emails are delivered from Mailwasher to Exchange?
