after move to a new server, the license does not work

I copied /etc/mwes.conf and /opt/mews to the new SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (x86_64), then run ./mwes64-3004/install. Everything looks fine but just does not filter any spam. I tried to update license used the same one with the old machine on the MailWasher server web page. The web page just crashed, but mwesd still alive. I have to restart mwesd to bring back the web page. But the license still not working.

Could you please help?

Hi, the license communicates through port 80, have you allowed this in your firewall?

Can you go to Settings>>System>>System Check, and run the system check and it will tell you what's wrong.
