Is the email address on the Bypass list? Settings>>ByPass

If you look at the headers of the email when it's received, does it show in the headers X-MWES ?

Thanks for your prompt reply. In reply , their having no email id in Bypass list.
On the other hand, email headers show like below:

X-MWES-status: Clean
X-MWES-reason: Not Found in filters
X-MWES-sourceip: 134.73.185.13
X-MWES-smtp-from: <vonage_business_partner-debasish=fakirapparels.com@breakfastorbust.com>
X-MWES-header-from: <vonage_business_partner@breakfastorbust.com>

OK, the email is going through the filters, but spam is not being matched.

Can you check this page and see if there's other things you can do to make the spam catch better

Ok, if we increase the RBL's in Spam, then many important mail being blocked. We have tried it earlier. Thanks for tour reply. Is there any alternate solutions ? Because my other email id spam filter is working smoothly. Thanks in advance again.

OK, there's some bad RBL's out there, but the ones on that page are all ok. Or you could limit it to these two extras

bl.score.senderscore.com
b.barracudacentral.org

What about Bayesian filters, are you using them? They'll usually mop up all the remaining spam

My current RBL's running on my system is as below :
active zen.spamhaus.org IP
active multi.surbl.org URL
active bl.spamcop.net IP
active b.barracudacentral.org IP
active bl.score.senderscore.com IP

Meanwhile, Bayesian filter is now in an in-active state.

Do most of the spam emails have similar parts to them? Perhaps you can use a wildcard email address in the blacklist, eg *@*.spammer.com

Or create a custom filter?

Oh! thank you. I have already created wildcard email address in the blacklist but coming mail from different domain simultaneously. And really hard to blacklist various type of domain day by day. But this will be my last solution, may be!! Thanks again for your advice.
