Hi Nick

Have installed Mailwasher Enterprise on a server with SBS2008 installed but software crashes every 20 minutes or so and generates an error report.

I am using MWES version 2.7.2, and is fully registered ie not a trial.

Any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know & very strange as we've not had any other reported crashes.

Can you set the logging to = 1

Go to:
Windows Registry: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Firetrust Limited\mwes"

When changed, restart the MailWasher Enterprise Server Service (Go to Start>>Run>>Type 'services.msc' and locate MailWasher Enterprise Server, and restart).

A log file is created at "C:\Program Files\MailWasher Enterprise Server\logs\"

Please zip these up and send the log to [email protected] and we'll investigate and fix asap.

Oops, the registry key should be log_level=1

Sorry I meant to update this topic earlier.

The issue is now resolved thanks to the excellent support from all at Firetrust
