Still receiving spam

Hi there,

Just installed the latest version of the enterprise server, and received a spam email (attached) not soon after finishing it. What is the procedure involved when you still receive this kind of spam email ?

Hi Ton

There's several options, you can either blacklist the email address or IP address of the sender if they remain the same. Or you can create a custom filter to match words or something else unique about the email. Particular care has to be taken with filter so that you don't block legitimate email as well.

OK thanks for that how do I blacklist a whole domain ?
Do I add @myfanbox.com or myfanbox.com in the black list ?
