Just installed the trial of MWES on Exchange 2003 SP2. For some reason we are not getting the Digest Reports. We have a user setup and even set the time to 1 hour and nothing...
Advice?

Re: Digest reports
Hi there,
Some settings to check for the Digest:
* You have Digest Report checked (System > Configuration)
* Each user has a primary email address entered into the User Settings (Settings > User) - this must be receivable by the connected MTA
* Each user has an appropriate value entered into the User Settings (Settings > User) - usually their address, or even their name is appropriate
As mentioned, your MTA must be able to receive mail to the supplied addresses.

Primary email address:
All have values entered. email address is also a correct value.
--> MTA Hostname is the location and port of your MTA/mail server. Would this be the internal hostname address?

Re: Digest reports
The MTA hostname should be the IP/DNS that MWES connects to. If you are receiving mail through MWES, then this is set correctly.
