Hello
I used to run MailWasher on my server about 2 Years ago but the server died and i didnt get it back up and running again.
I have just got a new SBS 2007 server backup and tried to get the version i had before of MailWasher but i cant seem to find the same one. Im sure last time it was free and all i had to pay for was the firstalert service? I may of even paid for the version i had before i just cant remember. If i did does this allow me to get a upgrade or something allong them lines?
Can you please confirm if prices have changed if so do you have a version that works on exchange 2007 / SBS 2008?
Regards
Anthony Walker

Hi,
You need to install MWES Agent instead of Conduit for Exchange 2007. Kindly go through "README" in Mail Washer Enterprise Server Directory or follow below instructions:
Installation MWESAgent
----------------------
Open Exchange Management Shell.
Navigate to install directory
cd "C:\Program Files\MailWasher Enterprise Server"
run script
./install-MWESAgent.ps1
Restart Exchange 2007.
Cheers

I just installed Mail Washer Enterprise on my Exchange Server about 3 hours ago. It was running great but then the service stopped after about 30 minutes. I restarted the service and so far it has been running fine for the last 2 hours and filtering email like no previous version has done before. The service again stopped running a couple of hours later. This version still looks to be unstable.

I managed to get the script to run by opening managment shell as administrator.
After restarting the services or server i dont get any mail and when checking the queue it says unable to connect and to check that the transport service is started.
Any ideas?

Do you confirm that Transport Services are running at that particular time? If not then start Transport Service and check.

Can you telnet port 25 to see whether MTA is accepting connections? Did you try sending outbound emails?
