Error: Cannot connect to CFS platform

I am receiving the error:
Error: Cannot connect to CFS platform port 4051
I verified the port is reachable by telneting to native.first-alert.net on port 4051.

I can see the connection to 209.213.221.17:4051 in my firewall so i am not sure what the issue is.

Hi DSS,

We need more information on the issue. If you can telnet port 4051 then cfs should work.
