Problems with installation on Windows SBS 2008

Hello,

I'm trying to install MailWasher Enterprise Server, when I run the Check in the webinterface I get the following errors:

SMTP: Failed
The check noticed you are not running MWES on port 25, and something else is running on this port, Please check Your MTA is not running on port 25. Then restart MWES.

MTA: Failed
No MTA found on port 26. Please fix this then re test.
---

To be honest, I have no idea what this means. How do I check if my 'MTA is running on port 25' and how do I fix this if it is?

We're using Windows SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007.
Any and all help is welcome.
