bouce problem

hi Guys,
I can bounce but the sender is not receiving the bounced email back again.
any help with this would be appreciated

sorry, I thought this was the forum for MWP, the help section on MWP sent me to Firetrust, will try a repost at the MWP link you supply, thank you for your help
