During our trial period, the daily digest report emails were sent to the users as expected. After we purchased a license and applied it, the email stopped being sent. Suggestions??

This is odd, but can you try and restart the MailWasher Enterprise Server service (Go to Run>>type 'services.msc')
Also, go to Settings>>Action, and put the logging on to 'High'. Then if you don't get the digest again (feel free to make it a shorter period so you can test this), then send us the logs from c:\Program Files\MailWasher Enterprise Server\Logs.

I just restarted the service. I'll wait overnight to see if report goes through.

The digest reports have not sent since I restarted the service Sunday. (I had it set to send once a day.) I will now set the logging to "High" and check the logs to see what happens.

I HAVE NEW INFO!
After watching the logs for a while, I noticed that one user was indeed receiving the digest report, and has been since the licence application. So I went to the user list web interface and noticed that he was the only user (of 10 users) marked as "active". So I select another user and checked the box to make them "active" and received this error - "Successfully updated user (Inactive) Max user license reached." We purchased the 10 user license, so there is an issue here. What should I do now?

I just when to the settings -> license tab and saw that the "Subscription quantity:" was 1. So I hit "update subscription" and now it says "9999"

User tab now allows me to make each user "active".
So was there an issue with my license info on your server?

We do manually update the license once purchased so you can add the extra users, so I wanted to check yours was done but I couldn't find it since I don't know your email address or who it was purchased under - so I haven't changed anything.
