Not resolving dns mail washer enterprise

I am having issues where our mail server Mailenable 9.11 stops sending out emails. When you go to dos and do a ping of any domain name from the mail server it fails to resolve that to an IP Address. I saw the issue was addressed in mail washer enterprise version 3004 so I updated to 3006 current version. But it just failed again today. It might have happened sometime yesterday. You can restart the mail washer service and then it will resolve the domain names to ip's. And it usually resends all the outgoing email. Any Thoughts there?

OK, got your email about this too. Thanks for the extra info here as it explains a DNS problem some others were seeing with some Windows versions. We're pretty sure we got around this with version 3.0.0.8 so can you update and give that a try.
