I would like to set up my mailwasher enterprise so that each individual user has their own username and password and has the capabillity to check only their own quartined mail.
Currently all user can see all blocked mail and also have the power to rescue all other users mail. How can this be done?

MWES 2.7 & above do have multiple users features. You can create new users in mwes Web Admin->Settings->Users.
