ESET NOD32, quite popular here in Europe antivirus software strated to detect Win32/TrojanDownloader.Swizzor.NFQ trojan in both installer as well as mwes.exe file, have reported it to ESET support, but also wanted to let you know about that issue.
The files are deleted by real time protection, completely disabling mail flow, pretty nasty behaviour.

Sorry for the late reply here, we had an earthquake and the office was a no go area for a few weeks. Anyway, I use NOD32 and we're not seeing this problem here. Are you still seeing it?
