Hello,

I am so glad to migrate MW. But I have two question

- How the users can change their own passwords, (I havent seen any option for that)
- How the users can report an email as a spam ?

Hi,
I assume you mean the mobile version?

1. You can reset your password for your MailWasher ID by going to 'login' and 'Reset Password'. Then you'll be sent a new password and when you login with that, you'll be prompted to change it. If you mean youre email password, then just delete your email account in MailWasher Mobile and add it with your new password.

2. You can't report spam yet.
