Message list does not clear

I have noticed that messages sent to a specific account will not clear from the message list in MWP. I have an @mailbox.org account and messages sent to this account will not automatically clear from the messages list after they are read, I have to manually clear the list. Messages sent to my Hotmail and Gmail accounts clear fine. I have checked the account setup and cannot see any problems with that. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I figured it out. The only difference between this account setup and the other accounts (Hotmail, Gmail) was I had selected two folders on the IMAP tab where I was routing email from alias addresses. When I deselected these folders I was able to clear the MWP inbox message list. Not really sure why that worked. Maybe someone can explain.

It sounds unusual. When you were reading the Mailbox messages, is that via web interface or using a mail program ?
