Spam Weighting Question

Is this normal? Spam rating is in the green zone for an email I marked as spam, been washed and have been moved to the recycle bin.

If I recall when MailWasher deletes it stores the state of the email at the time of the first Wash Mail, so it doesn't store the email as being trained as spam instead when it first arrived. It looks like MailWasher initially thought the email was Good, which you then corrected.
