Hello,
I have mailwasher pro and have an issue bugging me.
When I run Mailwasher Pro it is only checking the inbox before It cleans and opens my email client.
Problem is I dont know how to get mailwasher PRo to check other email locations besides inbox.
My email provider auto sorts some of my email by default and throws lots into either trash, spam or junk folders.
No way for me to disable it on their server.
So When mailwasher pro opens it is only seeing the inbox when I need it to see all locations.
How do I tell Mailwasher PRo to also see mail in the 3 locations i mentioned above?
Thanks in advance

In my case, the problem was with Cox, my email provider for a couple of my accounts. They were throwing what they "suspected" was spam into a Spam folder which MailWasher cannot see. The problem is, their spam filter had way too many false positives. But with them, at least I am able to disable Spam checking so everything stays in the Inbox where MailWasher can see it.
Gmail is another issue. You can't disable their spam filter. And while it is pretty good at detecting spam, it regularly has false positives too. And if you don't remember to regularly check the spam folder, it will automatically delete messages in the spam folder when they hit 30 days old. So I have my calendar scheduler yell at me every 3 weeks to check my Gmail spam folder.
There is a workaround for Gmail that might work for you. Full disclosure - I have not tried it. It involves creating a filter. See: How to Disable the Spam Filter in Gmail.
As for your email provider, I get that they might automatically put suspected spam in your Spam folder. But IMO, they should never ever put any in your Trash folder without permission. I would look through your options again and make sure you don't have some filter or option set.
Another option is to forward all your email to an account that does not automatically check for spam.

I have this problem too. I don't believe there is any way to tell MailWasher to check subfolders. I don't think email programs allow it.My email provider auto sorts some of my email by default and throws lots into either trash, spam or junk folders.

Re: Mailwasher Pro email question
Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> check your account is setup using IMAP, change if necessary >> then under the IMAP tab select which folders you want MailWasher to check.
