Junk mail goes directly to my email to MW

Still having problems with the MW. I changed the settings as suggested: incoming : outlook.office365.com & Outgoing: smpt.office65.com. This is outlook/Hotmail email account. I put in the Pop3 also. It does downloadmy incoming mail fine but but all the junk mail (even blacklisted ones I keep sending to blacklist until they catch on to stay there), do not download to ME program, they are going directly to my email account. I also tried to put in the IMAP the same way. It automatically changes to the in and out address I just put above. Also shows (incoming 995) outgoing (25) Any idea what is going on, so I can have my MW back right? Thanks for all the help you pass on.

Sorry..the Title is working, I didn't notice before I submitted. It is : JUNK MAIL GOES DIRECTLY TO MY EMAIL NOT MW AT ALL.

What email program are you using, and do you know if that is also using POP or IMAP ?
If not, that's OK, will provide instructions on how to find out.

my email program I use with ME is outlook/Hotmail. I put in Pop and it changed auto to IMAP with the outlook.office365.com incoming and smpt.office365.com,outgoing.All my incoming mail goes to the mail washer program and then to my junk box along with the junk.
I am so confused at this point. tried all addresses. should I remove the program and reinstall? If I do, what in and out should I uaw. I reiws purring in Pop3 and it auto to the one above. All of a sudden this changed. I had no problems at all before a few days ago. I must
be doing something wrong. or input something wrong. Any help will be so appreciated. thanks

OK, so in MailWasher, under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> change to IMAP at the top >> click OK >> then under the IMAP tab elect your Junk folder in the list >> that will mean MailWasher then loads emails from the Inbox and Junk folders for the Hotmail account.

I have the in box (red) under the Imap folder checked and I just put a check in one showing as junk folder.The junk mail does not show up in the MW program any longer. Goes directly to the Junk folder in my personal email folder, so I can't blacklist the nasty ones etc. I will try what you suggested and let you know how it goes. Thank you so much, Rustic Dog. The "fix" you suggested was spot on.... All program back to normal and the junk is finally where it belongs, not in my email junk mail, but shows up in the MW where I can take care of it.
