Moving to a new computer

Hello:

How do I move Mailwasher Pro from one computer to another? I got a new laptop. I tried downloading it and entering my license key, but it gave an invalid key error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Both computers are Windows 10.

I've resent your license to you via email, let me know if you do not receive it.
All other settings came across all OK in the Export/Import ?
