can't install 7.12.25

I have Windows 7 home. I can't install Mailwasher pro 7 -7.12.25 from the auto update or from installer downloaded from firetrust.
I get this error " C:\programdata\firetrust\MWinstall7.12.25\setup.msi. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it"
I tried to install it as administrator and with antivirus off but it didn't help.

That's odd. Can you uninstall, but keep your data files when prompted, or do you get the same error ?

I didn't try to uninstall yet. I try to install many time. if I open the program data folder before I install and start the installer I can see the setup.msi appear,
but when the installer stop and I click cancel. I can see the 7.12.25 setup.msi disappear.
If there is no better way than to uninstall the old one, I will try it tomorrow

I was able to uninstall and keep the data, but when i tried to install I got the same error again as above. so I decided to clean the
the registry and all the mailwasher and firetrust folders, I did take a copy of the user appdata roaming mailwasher folder.
Then I was able to install MailWasher 7.12.25 and before starting mail washer, I put the appdata roaming mailwasher folder back in
so I still have my settings and accounts like before.
It was not a very smooth update, I must say

No, quite odd to be getting that error. Fingers crossed it's all good now for future installs.
