Error when restoring deleted emails

I'm unable to restore any deleted emails.
I'm using Mailwasher 7.12.38
I've successfully restored emails in the past, but that was a while ago so I'm not sure when the problem would have started.
Error Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.
The diagnosis suggests a firewall might be blocking the connection.
My firewall is Bitdefender and MailwasherPro.exe is in the access list.

Under Settings >> Accounts >> select the Outgoing tab >> click Advanced >> check the settings match what your email provider suggests.

If it's for a GMail account, then it should look like

That fixed it! I changed one of the settings and now restoring works just fine.
