New email address not connecting to server?

I am trying to set up a new email address for an organization I have joined but it will not connect to the server? The address is of the type It is a gmail account, I believe and I have successfully set up a Google account specifically for this email address which works but in Mailwasher no settings I have tried will allow it to connect to the server? I am using Mailwasher Pro Version 7.12.38 which is the latest and i have allowed less secure apps to access it. I am stumped? Can anyone suggest a solution? :help

Check here that POP and IMAP are enabled for the account

Do you also have another browser installed where you can check the Less Secure Apps setting
I have seen some people say it seems enabled, but when checking in another browser it shows being disabled.

However I think what is more likely, is that this has been setup with Googles GSuite, which now forces access to mail via OAUTH, which MailWasher does not support.
If the Admin still has the option set to allow users to set Less Secure Apps, you might still see it, but it has no effect.
