Last try to get my mailwasher working correctly

I have for many years mailwasher, Working like >>that:: mailwashing: The red ones spam disappear in garbage my emailprogram starts and the green messages disappear from the mailwasherscreen into my mailprogram and the mailwasher screen gets empty and mailwasherprogram goes to taskbar in order to get the next mail for washing.

NOW it is different: Mailwashing> the reds go to garbage and the green ones don"t disapear from the mailwasherscreen so that screen is full of many days with the green messages, I think that i have asked it 5 times on helpdesk and nothing changes.
My problem: How can I get the green messages disappear from the mailwashscreen automaticaly.??????? Anyone a working advice???

Looking back at your previous forum posts. You're using Outlook and it's set to a POP account, in which case you need to set Outlook to not leave a copy of emails on the server.

Have you tried this ?
