Hi, just installed 30 day trial. MW says logging into hotmail but then says idle. I know there are at least 10 emails there but it doesn't see them, says default mail checked. I've checked all the imap settings etc.
No idea what to do.

Re: Outlook (hotmail)
By default when using IMAP, MailWasher only loads Unread emails from the last 7 days.
If you go into Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> you can set MailWasher to load emails that have been Read, and older if you prefer.
Cheers

These are unread email received today. I don't have an 'accounts' tab anywhere in outlook.

Re: Outlook (hotmail)
Right, I meant to go into those settings in MailWasher.
Perhaps it's not getting into the account properly. If you go into MailWasher >> Help >> User Files > Logs >> open the folder named after todays date >> then look for a file called MWPapp_[your account name].log >> could you email me that file to [email protected]
Thanks

Re: Outlook (hotmail)
OK, everything looks good. But there are no recent emails MailWasher is seeing.
Are these emails spam ? If so they might be in another folder other than the Inbox. Then in MailWasher under Settings >> Accounts >> select the IMAP tab for the account >> in the list of folders to check, include the Junk or Spam folder >> Save.
