MailWasher still shows Mails which are already received by Outlook

Hi

I use 7.12.38

When I click get mails as IMAP they are shown in the main window.

Then I marked the spams and click wash mails.

The spam mails disappear and the good mails are still shown in the main window.

Now I go to Outlook and receive the good mails as POP which correctly are shown.

When I next time go to MailWasher and click receive mails the old mails that are already received in Outlook are still shown in the main window.

When I go to EXIT MailWasher and start it again and receive mails the already downloaded mails are no longer shown, which is correct.

Please help to get the already downloaded mails out of the main window when after washing mails clicking receive mail again without EXIT and start again.

I think there are some settings that I perhaps made wrong.

Is this with your GMail account ? If so, set MailWasher to use POP and see if the same issue occurs.

It sounds like you have your Outlook set to remove the message off the server when retrieved, and GMail has some oddities with POP and IMAP inboxes, generally speaking you'll get more consistency when using the same protocol.
