spam all the time

I mark an email as spam and then days later it goes up top to I have no idea what to do. I want it as spam all the time.

These are the same emails or from the same sender ?

When you mark a message as spam, it's when you Wash Mail that the message is trained as spam, that should also delete the message so you shouldn't be seeing the same message again.
