The latest version of the software isn't able to correct display a character like a ' nor a é, see attach.

Back on deck now, next time you see this can you view the message in Source view, and send me the content of the message.
To do this from the email preview screen click Show EMail Info top left >> select the Source tab >> right click over the message content and click Select All >> right click over the highlighted text and click Copy >> if you can paste that into a text file and send it to me at [email protected]
