mailwasher pro is not saving items in 'mark as good' list. you have to set that repeatedly for the same sender now.
previous versions saved this.

Are you using any kind of cleanup software ? I've come across some examples lately of programs like AVG Tuneup deleting important MailWasher files.

No such applications at all, no.
this problem first arose with the latest update [v7 i guess, which has had numerous updates since i got it] and remains.
it simply does not save what you mark as 'good', 'friends', or 'blacklist'.
also astonishingly marking blatantly obvious spam as 'good' and everything i already had marked as 'good' or 'friends' as being blacklisted.
simply refuses to save the settings it had before the update and even after i mark something as being either blacklisted/good/or friends, it still doesn't mark them properly next time the same sender pops up again.
mailwasher used to be much stronger than this, it should be a pretty basic application function.

If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.
