Lost emails

Been using MailWasher for some time now, using the latest version 7.12.54.

Recently I've noticed that I've been losing emails that are in the friends list when I wash mail, it doesn't arrive in Outlook.

Has anyone had this problem?

Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> is the account set as POP or IMAP ?
Also is the option Store Cached Email checked ? If so, uncheck this and restart MailWasher in case the cache is somehow confused.

It's IMAP an the box box is unchecked

Very odd, try removing the account >> restart MailWasher >> add the account back in.

Done.
I had Outlook started when I restarted MailWasher, so it sensed my email accounts automatically.

Let's see what happens, watch this space.
