Recycle Bin Status and Scores blank, bug?
When messages get moved to the Recycle Bin from filters it shows the filter rule under Status and shows the total spam score. However, when you reopen the software the status is blank, as well as Bayesian, and Total. Even the size goes to 1.0KB. Is this a bug or just me?

Yes, that does not sound right at all, which MW version are you using there? check under Help>>About, latest is 7.12.125.
If you are using that ,can we have a screenshot of what you are seeing there please?

Hi,
Yes, I'm using the latest version. Still in trial mode and waiting to resolve issues before purchasing.
See the screenshot where only the emails from my current application opening have a status, size and score. Previously the other line items were correctly scored prior to re-opening. If I were to reopen again, everything will be grey and white.

Yes, never seen that before actually! can you please try sending some logs to support and I'll see if they report any issues....
OK, in that case, can I please have some logs as per below directions:
- Click Help>>Send Support Logs.
- Write a note referring to this post (copy/paste the link from the address bar in your web browser)
- Click "Send Logs"
Then, reply to this post to let me know the logs have been sent in case they do not arrive for any reason...
