SmapCop and SpamHaus Reporting Valid Emails

When I receive emails from Amazon and the Veterans Administration, they are reported as spam by these spam lists.

Any solution to receive valid emails when they don't like it?

Yes, just disable them under Settings>>Spam Tools>>Origin of Spam.

OR, set the senders as friends, and click, Settings>>Spam Tools>>Friendslist>>Options, tick, "Never mark for delete" and click Save.

Also, I'd recommend you increase the spam rating for the Friendslist spam tool under Settings>>Spam Tools>>Spam Ratings, drag the slider for friendslist to +200.
