Mail washer down ? Unable to load mail for last 12 hours

Unable to load emails for the last 12 hours . Any known issues . Using mail washer pro 7 .

Also Problems over here.... "Failed to log into IMAP server"...

username and password are correct!
Incoming server address is correct
port settings are correct
Disable Anti Virus changed nothing

Problem since yesterday?

Mail programme 'Outlook' works fine, acces to mailbox and server works fine, it is just Mailwasher that is not working!

Please help?
